Christine Burkhalter
Director of Operations
From a young age, Christine has always fostered lasting connections through her numerous sports and hobbies. Her competitive nature began in kindergarten when at just the age of five she began racing her Schwin bike. Though that bike race ended in stitches, she was never deterred from “getting back in the saddle”. Christine grew up on the road, living in more than 31 zip codes. In a frequently changing landscape, Christine's love for sports became her constant. Balancing sports and ever-changing school districts, Christine developed life long skills of commitment, endurance and grit.
Fast forward 20 years, Christine’s need for speed evolved from running to triathlons and other racing events. She won her first podium at the Sea Otter Classic mountain bike race in Monterey, California. She trained alongside a team of motivated women who championed each other’s successes. Participating in this group allowed Christine to understand the benefits of a healthy training environment.
Christine received her B.A. in Industrial Psychology from California State Hayward. She is the managing director of CĪGHT Rigging, a Bay Area local consulting firm. Christine loves project management and knows how to translate big picture thinking into fine details.
Christine has a heart for people and creating community in all aspects of life. She cherishes her time with her family and friends.
