TJ has over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur. He has spent the last 18 years as the CEO of Pacific Crest Group, an accounting and human resources outsourcing company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science and business from the University of San Francisco. He has served as the president of multiple non-profit organizations and is the current president of the San Francisco East Bay chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He was previously the CEO of McKendree’s Inc.
In his spare time, TJ enjoys mountain biking, skiing, traveling and volunteering. He has three sons, two daughters (who are high performing competitive athletes ) and a mini-Aussie.
